It could be not working. Tho I haven't gotten any streetpass tag after 2 days. Prerequisites: * Modded 3DS * A PC * Hex-Editor (HxD for Windows; GHex for Linux) * SD Card (-reader) ===== Step 0: 3DS Environment ===== Make sure your 3DS is on the latest available firmware and Luma version. In the Luma settings, make sure external firms/modules and game patches are enabled. ===== Step 1: Install NetPass ===== Even tho it might sound counterintuitive, you will need to install the [[https://gitlab.com/3ds-netpass/netpass/-/releases|NetPass application]]. It will be used to generate .ips patches. ===== Step 2: Extract Patches ===== After installing, open Netpass. Once you are inside Netpass, open "Settings", then hit "Write patches". Now close Netpass and turn off your console. Put the SD Card into your PC. ===== Step 3: Modify Patches ===== Once your SD Card is inserted, open the ''luma'' folder, then the ''sysmodules'' folder. Now open the ''0004013000003402.ips'' File with an Hex-Editor of your choice. Using the Hex-Editor, replace the URL ''api.netpass.cafe/spr'' with ''invalid.pretendo.zip''. Make sure you don't accidentally override anything else. Now save the file, eject your SD Card and put it back into the 3DS console. StreetPass Relay should now be disabled. ====== Re-Enabling StreetPass Relay ====== To Re-Enable StreetPass Relay, just delete the two IPS Files ''0004013000003402.ips'' and ''0004013000002602.ips'' in the ''luma/sysmodules'' folder.
